Description
This early morning weekday net has been on for almost ten years now. Started by Russell, KB9NSK has been our primary morning gathering on the conference server. The Kowabunga Net meets every morning Monday through Saturday as a directed round table and on Sundays as a simple ragchew every week of the year regardless of holidays. We are a very relaxed group who like to get together for a morning discussion. The KOWABUNGA net is not a coffee and weather net, we talk politics, religion, current events and technology and anything else that comes to mind. Russell is still a mainstay net control after all of these years, hosting the nets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Darryll,VO1UKZ is the host on Wednesdays and Fridays. Kevin, KM1X DOES does the Saturday net and Gray, KC2PKG, does Mondays. If you too are an early bird, hopefully we will hear you on the Kowabunga Net on the Echolink DODROPIN conference server. The KOWABUNGA net lasts about 2 and a half hours and often runs over. People have a lot to say and we let them say it.
